The RADCO Companies is an opportunistic real estate company operating primarily in the multifamily space. Over the past ten years, the firm acquired and invested in approximately 30,000 units across fifteen markets. Initially, third party management companies were employed to oversee the daily operations of a rapidly expanding portfolio.
