An assistance program to help RADCO and RADCO Residential employees
RADCO Cares, Inc. is a nonprofit corporation organized and operated exclusively for charitable purposes as part of an employee assistance program.
The RADCO Companies was built on a foundation of genuine care and concern for others. Our employees give their highest and best in service to our investors and residents, and perhaps most importantly, to each other. To work at RADCO is to be part of a family where our people are the heartbeat of the RADCO culture. When one of our associates faces a time of crisis or loss, our people rally around – proving that difficult times are made more bearable when concern meets action.
RADCO Cares, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) corporation that was created as part of an employee assistance program to help meet the needs of individual RADCO and RADCO Residential employees in the event of a disaster or emergency hardship. RADCO Cares, Inc. is funded through the generous contributions of RADCO employees, vendors, investors, and other donors.
